  • The surface of the paper is not smooth. The paper is porous.
  • There is no distinct difference between the two sides of the paper.
  • Watercolour markers blend well.
  • The paper is suitable for watercolour sketching; it dries fast and remains flat after drying.
  • I do not use this paper with alcohol-based markers as the basic drawing medium. Obviously, there will be a large consumption of precious ink.

So:

Do you use pencils, watercolours, gouache, alcohol-based, watercolour and pigment markers in one work?
Then this paper is ideal for you.

Feel restricted in your usual technique and want to add a new medium?
Give it a try and open new horizons with the Mixed Media paper pad!

It has recently become one of my favourite kinds of paper, and that is why and how I will tell you more about it in my future posts.
