General provisions

  1. You can always find out at what stage your order is in your personal account.
  2. Every time the status of your order has been changed (creation of a purchase order, order processing, shipping and handling) we send you a notification to your e-mail (we create and ship an order with tracking number).
  3. You can track the order after sending it to the courier service using the tracking number that is available in your personal account Tracking is carried out on the website of the Russian Post and on your local Post Service website.
  4. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10 am till 6 pm. The order is processed in a fully automatic mode.
  5. If you have any questions, you can always contact us via online chat or by email .
  6. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on official holidays, are processed on the first business day.

Delivery service

Shipping of goods is carried out by the Russian Post.

You can choose a home/office courier delivery or to delivery point.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

You can always find a tracking number after shipment in your personal account and track it on the courier service website.

Goods and money return policy

The Buyer is obliged to make an external inspection of the goods for mechanical damage and other visible defects after receiving the goods within 24 hours, as well as to check the conformity of the received goods to the ordered one.

Claims for the quantity, completeness of the goods and external defects, declared after 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the goods from the courier or at the delivery point, are not compensable.

The buyer is entitled to refuse the goods at any time before its delivery, and after the delivery it is possible within 14 days.

The return of the good of the appropriate quality is possible if its marketable appearance, consumer properties, as well as document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved. If traces of goods are found to be in use, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods.

If the buyer refuses the goods of the appropriate quality, paid charge, excluding delivery costs of the returned product incurred by Seller, should be returned to the Buyer on the basis of the written application no later than 10 days from the date of the Purchaser's requirement and the return of the goods.

Timing of refund of the goods is calculated from the moment of receiving the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse.
